Wonderful

The pool is really nice, great place to take the family to enjoy and relax. Alot of things the kids can do. Such as visiting the mini farm they have, playing in the play ground, and the free paddle boats and row boats are really nice.

The buffet style food. Not to much of a selection and very plain. And a little pricey for what it is.

public spaces are beautiful with flowers pool at te door of the room very clean

i unexpected the travel between hotel and Porto, it’s almost in hour so after a long day its hard. but it was my fault. :)

Amazing for kids!

The animals, the lake, almost everything. Really nice place to go with kids.

Bathroom shower was broken, but the big bathroom compensated it. Really nice room. It was wind and cold in the weekend we visited it and the interior pool was not available.

Wonderful

Nice resort. Really liked the beach and the boats. The breakfast was nice. They had a buffet in the evening. 20 euros, half price children. It was good.

You should have a car if you want to leave the resort.

Beautiful Location, Great Staff, Good Food Options at Different Times of the Day

Not enough entertainment options for the amount of guests, needs more pool tables, ping pong tables, basketball separate from tennis court, and time slots so bigger families don't take over and other guests are left out. I would suggest having smaller bicycles so smaller children can be included, also extra activities like water aerobics, artists performances need to be better advertised so guests know what's happening and when.

In general, apart from the minuses mentioned below - I recommend it to others. Would come back again

A beautiful, large complex near nature. There is something for both children and adults to do. Very good breakfast and dinner for all tastes. I found out what green wine is :) The rooms were cleaned every day (except for the pile of sand in the wardrobe that we ended up messing up), towels changed every day. Thank you.

the first time it was very difficult to find the hotel. It is located nowhere. Four stars lack bathroom facilities. There were only two mini bottles of shampoo and shower gel for two people for the whole week :o Even one bottle is not enough for a woman with long hair. Also - there was a pile of sand on the floor in the wardrobe of our room upon arrival. It wasn't swept until we left, we just got into it regularly :(( the service staff probably doesn't understand English. On request to clean the room after 10 minutes - did not come at all that day.
